Ghost Rider one shots Chuck and Bruce Lee with the Penance Stare. He's also Memetic+ which is far above the both of them, even if their fused. He can simply #PENANCESTARE and one shot both of them.

Yeah, no. Chuck kickks the shit out of Ghost Rider singlehandedly, Bruce Lee makes this just funny. Just 'cause Chuck is listed as "memetic" doesn't mean that he really is. His profile was made before Memetic + was even a thing. He's long overdue for upgrades. I'd put him at Ultimate Memetic.

Ghost Rider is beyond these "Memetic" and "Ultimate Memetic" though, he's beyond all concepts of tiers and that means he proceeds to solo. However, I'm revising these profiles, as OBS II is coming up and it's even larger than OBS I.
