I think Gezora wins quite easily.

Gogiga Gagagigo is just a berserker, and while Gezora isn't smart either, it still is a giant octopus that can swing around large tentacles and has a class M grip.
It might be vulnerable to Gagagigo's electricity, but we don't know the applications nor extension.
I believe this is a stomp, but if it isn't, Gezora takes it easily.

Skill matters little in this case, what can he do against a giant squid that swings large tentacles to crush, constrict and thrash him around? For what we know he has no experience dealing with giant monsters, doesn't have the necessary lifting strength to block, lift, pull or break free from its tentacles, we have no detail on how his electrcity works etc., we don't even know if he has the mobility necessary.
He would surely be able to hurt Gezora, but that's it.

Yes, he still is against a monster that is far bigger, stronger and more durable.

Gezora's tentacles will hit like trains, and Gagagigo doesn't have neither the AP nor the LS to fight them back or break free of a grip, I don't even think he could lift nor wrestle a single tentacle.

I'm not so sure about this but what about Frank Fontaine (ADAM form key)? He's a big mafia boss with superpowers who lived in an undersea city. He seems perfect
