Gerard Valkyrie vs Yamamoto Genryusai

VS Battle wiki wise, Yama should blitz but Gerard is resistant to the elements and could even resist Toshiro's power null, so it's very possible for him to be able to resist Yama's fire to some degree since. It really all depends on if Yama's Bankai could kill Gerard permanently with EE or if Gerard resists the elements enough
Now how I actually think it would go if it happened and not going off of VS Battle wiki profiles, Casual Byakuya damaged Gerard so much that when the Miracle activated and he became God Sized Gerard, Gerard stated that he was both the strongest and fastest of the Quincy at that point. So AP wise he should scale above the rest of the Quincy Elites pre Vollstandig, Gremmy, and 'The Yourself' AP and Speed wise. The Yourself is relative to but weaker than Yama and did fairly well with no hax and just raw stats and high level basic Quincy abilities
That combined with Gerard having a Vollstandig as well as another form on top of that and the ability to get even stronger than that, resistance to hax elemental abilities as potent as Mature Bankai Toshiro who should scale around or above Yama, I think Gerard would give Yama serious trouble once he hits God Sized and beyond

Except that Gerard out lasts? Yama doesn’t have the AOE to drop Gerard and Gerard can just keep regening regardless.
