Bored. Civilizaiton fight. Dawn Machine is leading Britain but won't do anything directly.

I'm not familiar on Fallen London, so I'm just putting my two cents in here.
Each youkai in Gensokyo is either Island level or Large Star level on their own, with each their own either useless or incredibly powerful hax.

All i see so for Britain is "technology"? I'm assuming something along the lines of Star level nukes or giant Starkiller laserbeams. So I'm rooting for Gensokyo, because I'm a fanboy, and also because I think the individual characters would be better than the Large Star level I'm imagining.

But I also see that the Judgements' civilization is in the same universe, so I think I'm horribly wrong.

Britain's empire is full mostly of normal humans, but also a couple of devils, who themselves are High 4-C without tech
