Regardless, I decided to come here and ask what the justification for Adeptis Zhongli being 6-C rather than High 7-A for both the feats on his page and being far above Xiao?

I guess Zhongli scales to the strongest non-Archon deities which would include Andrius while he still had a living physical body which makes sense since Zhongli has been contending with numerous deities during the Archon War and eventually became the Geo Archon as one of the victors of said war.
