Gamer would fire lasers that will turn Genos into a green blob that'll get absorbed by gamer. While it's not instant or passive, meaning it's not a stomp, Genos only really have AP to deal with him, especially since his BoS self is relatively haxless. Also, even if he somehow destroy the mech, Gamer can just rebuild it again, though he could destroy his glasses in the meantime (not that he'd know that's where he needs to aim of course)
