Speed is unequalized? I think Genos is probably faster in terms of reaction time, but not too much to speedblitz. However, his superior movement speed will help him keep Fubuki's offense oppressed with danmaku from multiple angles (especially because his beams can bend to a certain extent) and he'll stay on the offensive. Since Genos can spam attacks like Rover, Fubuki won't have time to go on the offensive and his durability should allow him to take any TK Fubuki can send his way (took his own chest beam + DK's chest beam). Eventually Fubuki will be overwhelmed and die overexerting herself like she seemingly would have against Rover if Bang had not intervened.
