I don't understand why this is still a topic of discussion here. If the character is using this technique offensively and the sensory attack temporarily blinds enemies and causes them to freeze completely, this should be listed as an attack, at least for now, there is no rule for this, so it should be accepted.

Pretty sure this can be added also if any staff would like to give their input on my yyh thread that’d be nice, its been months

Attack speed should be added to the profile, we can definitely consider flash explosions as attacks on the senses, and if the character uses this flash explosion for offensive purposes, it can be considered an attack. At least that's the way it is for now.
