Genjutsu(narutoverse) vs dragonball verse

Genjutsu can't work since no one else besides characters in Naruto have a chakra system

Verse equalization so its working.

Genjutsu would work due to verse equalization but it wouldnt be useful at all because no Genjutsu user is fast enough to be able to use it against 90% of the characters in Dragon Ball.

How to beat db verse with genjutsu:
1. Reach kami lockout.
2. Genjutsu Dende into sending Mr Popo find de dragon balls.
3. Wish for Immortality thanks to Dende being Kami.
4. Wish for having frieza's body.
5. Enter the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
6. Train for 1 year.
7. Next year wish for Goku Black's Saiyan Reactive evolution and Hit's abilities.
Congrats! You are now superior to everyone except for Dainshinkan and Zeno!
