Genie (Disney) vs Norm (TFOP)

This'll be fun right after I did a calc for Norm. Two characters that I really, ludicrously like. WHY DO YOU MAKE ME CHOOSE, EFI?
First thing that I need to know is whether this is Freed Genie or Trapped. I'll debate with the Freed Genie cause he is more similar in power to Norm.
Aw right. Time to go to work. At first glance, the Genie outclasses Norm in almost every factor. However, there is the matter of his inability to directly kill. He will need to find another way to take out Norm to allow him to win. (This is not Genie wishing not to kill. He actually can't kill or harm deliberately. However, people can die as a result of his actions without him directly killing them)
Let's discuss. Genie can use a vast array of magics to control this fight, but he really has no way to fully end Norm. I will trawl, but I cannot see either killing the other, so I am voting inconclusive for now.
