Speed isnt equal rex has over 22 times the speed advantage here btw. Not the mention he like GIGA AP stomps

You could equalize speed and also make it Mark at his peak in the comics and it wouldn't change much to help him TBH.
Ignoring the obvious AP advantage, Rex's kit is just way too versatile for Viltrumites. Who are essentially just more powerful Homelanders with less abilities.
He's got too many options and has way too much experience with fighting against bricks like Invincible.
