garou vs rock lee

for all those who are wondering, yes, this idea came from the baki vs garou thread lol. now that rock lee is a 7-a tier, and garou is also, I though it would be fun. since garou is at least 7-a (which kinda makes him 7-a+ in a way), I will make this 7-a rock lee vs pre darkshine fight (seems fairer, since post darkshine is both full monster- or 90%, idk- and has broken his limiter). round 1- both at full power from start, and unlimited stamina, bloodlust.. round 2- both start in base, normal stamina, and just want to defeat the enemy for whatever reason (garou stole lee's spandex, and lee made fun of garou's hair).

yeah. I was kinda wondering about that too. there is a calc link next to his adult AP part (which puts him at mt lvl)
