I think both characters are very interesting. One of them went firmly against heroes and the concept of justice, while the other completely disregarded those concepts altogether. But I do agree that Doflamingo has more charisma and a presence that draws people to him more than Garou.The better character won

I also wish one of the administrators would keep updated with these threads and post them on Garou's page, since both this battle and the battle between Zoro and Garou have already been finished, yet neither have been put on his page.

Doffy is still better imo. His backstory is quite tragic even by one piece standards. He lost everything he thought he deserved because of a father that was just trying to do his best. His sense of self importance manifested into becoming a criminal mastermind that took over an entire country with ease.
Garou by far is more relatable however. He was a kid who thought that villains should have a chance to win just as much as the heroes. And his path has led him to challenge this status quo of the villains losing.
I feel bad for doffy a lot. If he had choose to understand his father his life could've been at lot less tragic.
Garou is kinda a narrative meme though hes a heel through and through.

Yeah, unless Garou's on Jozu's level physically, he likely gets Parasite stringed and shish kebabed. Even if Doffy decides he doesn't want to do that (which is out of character since he's a sadistic prick) he's still far more versatile, and his techniques are impossible to redirect based on their nature. I love Garou- why ya'll gotta pit him against the genocidal OP flamingo
