• Fight takes place outside this Tokyo 7 Eleven
• Post Timeskip Kyoichiro is used (158 Kilotons)
• Hero Hunter Garou is used (Starts at 303 Kilotons and can grow further)
• Neither have prior knowledge (Garou accidentally confused Kyoichiro for a hero, he's having a long day)
• Speed is equalized (Note Garou can get faster over time)
• They start 20m apart
• Victory by kill or KO

Would it be better if Kyoichiro fights half monster Garou?

Cause with this i thought if Garou can last long enough he can make the existing AP gap wider or if he's close enough he could try using his lifting strength advantage where Kyoichiro gets restrained

Wouldn’t it be difficult otherwise for Garou to harm Kyoichiro as don’t he tend to have his Goddess’ Web active majority of the time

Not necessarily cause Kyoichiro cannot attack while the Goddess Web is up (or he just never does for whatever reason). Eventually Kyoichiro would need to try going on the offensive whether to slice him up or to tie Garou up in an elaborate way

Does he? I thought he could attack while using Goddess’ Web otherwise during his fight against Momo on the ship, he would have been caught by Momo’s Blooming instantly due to the scent

I always interpreted this scene in chapter 157 as the moment he weaved it again. Since in chapter 97 when he "attacked through it" he used his Paralysis which functions on the cellular level (So this is something Kyo could actually do in character), so the strings would just be thin enough to go through the shield and how Kyoichiro does not opt to attack Asa with the shield up at all times in chapter 245.
Or him being hit a bunch of times when he fought Momo offscreen in chapter 101 despite Momo's AP being way below the Goddess Web
