This is a CRT for Garou.
Garou should be Continent Level. Why you ask? The creator of OPM has stated the following in an interview:
“Garou or Boros, who would win? Before, Boros was definitely the stronger one, but Garou is now a near-perfect monster. I don't really know. A good match . . . I do believe Garou is stronger in close combat where things like punches and kicks can generally be avoided.”
Boros is Continent Level, so likewise Garou should be as well.
However, this could just mean that Garou can dodge and avoid Boros’ attacks, however the creator did still say that Garou would win.

Hasn't One and Murata been changing their mind a lot since that statement, like with the Phoenix Man situation? Garou could be stronger when his time comes.

That statement is in relation to Awakened Garou, who is webcomic only. The OPM profiles are for the manga and don’t cross-scale with the webcomic.

As others have said, the current Garou page is for Manga only. Maybe we could make a separate Webcomic Garou page, but for now we'll just have to wait and see how powerful he turns out to be in the Manga.

You're missing out the entire statement. ONE stated he was unsure who would win, and even then stated Boros to have superior speed and power while Garou had better skill
