Ganondorf Abilities Question

Just saying again, SoSS is likely the weakest holy weapon in the series, so for it to have regen negation is very unreasonable given how every other weapon is far more potent and yet does not negate regen on evil beings.

To me it makes more sense in striking ganondorf when he was most vulnerable and thus took a major punishment that is his wound. Ganon without Triforce of power has been killed by a wooden sword or any other weapon (Oracle games and BOTW), it isn't silly to think his tolerance for holy damage is far lower and carries on.

Nah, I disagree with this. Just because a weapon is more powerful and/or of similar nature, doesn't mean they should have the same abilities. The Biggoron Sword is more powerful than the Master Sword in OoT, yet Ganon doesn't go down to it(or any other weapon for that matter). Different weapons can have different abilities, like the FS splitting Link in four or bombchu and the normal bombs having different usage.

So if the FourSword(a holy weapon) really can't negate regen like Triforce claimed, regen negation for the sage sword seems likely.

Yes I know but has he actually regene'd when the FS struck him? I haven't played the game sadly so if you could point me to a cutscence, or part of the game where this happens, that would be solid proof for your case.
We don't see him regenerating on screen (I think, I haven't played FSA), but Zelda and maidens decided to seal him away instead of Link killing him, which he would have been more that capable given that FSA Ganon doesn't have the ToP, and according to Konaguna, his holy vulnerability would have remained.

Btw, Oracle Ganon was severely weakened and BOTW was defeated via Light Arrows.
