He gets BFR'd and due to the nature of the Dark World, he has no access to his powers. It's the Dark World. Link was only able to get out because of the Moon Pearl, even with the Magic Mirror.

By eating PAIR, one can see through the Back Channel and even enter it, as well as see and communicate with Food Spirits, as PAIR's second half falls within the Back Channel. However, if one eats NEWS, they can even create Back Channel space and enter it wherever they desire

I don't see what thinking has to do with transmutation + power nullification. Link was turned into a rabbit, but he was turned into an anthropomorphic rabbit. Yet he couldn't even use a mirror?

Link did use the mirror as a rabbit, it's how he gets into the Tower of Herra.

And this is assuming that Midora wont simply copy Ganon's ability to stay in that form in DW, that ganon will start BFR'ing and that the BFR actually works like you say (which I doubt because I dont remember anyone sending Link to the DW along the surroundings).

Ok how he gonna transmuted or power null midora? is his power null and transmuted work to probability manip?and how transmuted will save him from minority world who can reduce him to atom or slow him down to ensure midora can hit him first.

One, how would he copy it if he's turned into some creature upon arrival? Two, Ganon has BFR'd to the Dark World more than he did anything else, in his weaker form no less. He BFR'd all the maidens, BFR'd Link when they fought the first time, and then every other time they met, they were in the Dark World.

In almost every instance of transmutation in fiction, yes. And again, Link has no access to any of his stuff. So it does indeed power null.

1) Victim has no consciousness, has no powers
2) Victim has no conciousness, has powers
3) Victim has consciousness, has no powers
4) Victim has conciousness, and power

The Dark World is very monkey's paw-esque. You'd think it'd turn Link into a lion, due to him being the dude destined to have the Triforce of Courage, but it went off of his innocence, and he became a rabbit.
