Well i don't see any calc for Nimble jack so i assume he is baseline while Gamzee scales to 1.76 tons feat

I don't see any regeneration either and Gamzee stamina is greater, but he can't put NJ down permanently, and NJ can't kill Gamzee(don't mean he can't incap gamzee), so either incon, or gamzee incap NJ.
Actually there's the madness manip, but gamzee resist the type 2, and he may not get a chance for type 1.

So i will vote for Gamzee, versatility, resistance on planet level for miind related stuff, they cant kill each other but gamzee has regen, and higher stamina and more AP.

TL;DR:
Gamzee because of
  • Higher AP
  • Higher Stamina
  • Regen
  • Resistances needed to win
