I'm not sure about Gamera's capabilities unless someone has actually watched the Gamera kaiju series.

So going just by feats we've seen....Godzilla kinda tanks everything really badly (nukes with island+ attack>Gamera's nearly island level durability)

Godzilla stomps. His shield can tank anything Gamera can throw at him, his projectiles would wreck hell on Gamera, and he could most definitely kill Gamera if the latter tries to use his Mana beam considering the charge time.
