Galactic Core Feats

I'm sure I don't need to ask if destroying a galaxy's core would be a 4-A feat, given that a galactic core is dozens of lightyears wide. I do, however, want to narrow the range of the feat down with a few other questions:
1. Would destroying a galactic core be higher than destroying a sky's worth of stars?
2. Is destroying a galactic core a 4-A+ feat, and if not, how close to 4-A+ is it?

Are you sure? Because both the references for common feats page nor any profiles I found list it as only 4-A, not 4-A+. Or by "the 4-A+ spectrum" do you mean the spectrum between baseline 4-A and 4-A+?
