Oh interesting following I think kisame is faster than gaara kisame can absorb his chakra & stuffs & Gaara's Sand paralysis even though good he needs to hit him first & I am not sure it will work or not I think kisame would win but I would like to See what others think as well if he creates the super exploding water shockwaves & trap gaara there he is done for I think

Interesting fight.
I'd normally go with Gaara, but I think Kisame might actually win here purely off of his elemental advantage....
Kisame has an obviously massive advantage at close range via his strength, skill, and Samehada, but getting close to Gaara is damn near impossible thanks to his sand. This might not be an issue for Kisame because he can produce an unholy amount of water that'll turn Gaara's sand to mud and make it a lot heavier. This might give him the opening he needs to get in close and take over.
It really is a very Luffy vs Crocodile type situation XD, except Kisame is even better equipped to deal with sand users in a sense.
