Basically Ness all over again. Also, you could have at least used Classic Sonic or something.

Due to SBA, we use the strongest canon version/form of a character. So yeah, Hyper Sonic will be used.

Super Sonic's AP is already at Universal +, same as Bill.
But Hyper Sonic's AP is stronger than Bill's AP and Durability so i'm not sure where you are getting at with Sonic being powerless.

I'm talking about Low-Godly Regenerationn, which Bill has. AP doesn't mean anything against Low-Godly.
