Arceus has a mountain of broken haxes, while the best thing FW has are Mid-Godly Regen, Time Stop and maybe Soul Manipulation, but that's it, are you sure that's enough?

Well the baseline is a supreme lowball. The are better feats such as Goku Black warping multiple timelines. And he can also oneshot 2-C's at his AP level. As for hax, There are a few hax that are not on his but have been accepted and just have to be added. The only ones that make difference here are Information Analysis, Precog and Instinctive reactions. Information analysis will be useful for FW learning Arceus' level of power and skills and abilities. Precog and instinctive reactions for obvious reasons. The only way I can see FW winning is using body swap or transmutes.

Arceus has way to many hax as of now. Also FW is honestly incomplete in terms of his skills. Mid-godly was a huge one, but he has much more to be added. I plan to bring up well over a dozen new ones in the near future. Maybe if they get accepted this would be more fair as they would have closer sized moovepools, but i'd lock it for now, or at least wait till after that is done.

Also for those wondering FW is above baseline 2-C. His base form is said to be superior to RoF Golden Frieza when you do friezas training he specifically states that he is amazed you are stronger han him even without transforming. And his base form is already 2-C as that one is the one shown to keep up with mira, beat towa with teh time egg etc. He has SSJ 1-3 and is getting blue soon as well, plus kaioken X20 as well already. So while transformed he is well above baseline 2-C, using official multipleirs you could even argue specifics for 400X for SSJ3, and 20X that for Kaioken, or in other words 8,000 times base or 8,000 times baseline 2-C. Blue would stack it an unkown amount more. So yeah, well above baseline when transformed.
