Simple question, what would win, elegance and redirection, or overwhelming firepower. Gold-Rank Spy or S-Rank hero

  • Post-Timeskip Base Futaba is used. Blooming is restricted (Vaguely above 158 Kilotons)
  • Post-G4 Genos is used (303 Kilotons)
  • Speed is unequalized
  • Fight starts on top of the Spy Association Skyscraper roof (Starting distance 20m)
  • Neither have prior knowledge

She's as nice and not as nice as she looks: KobsterHope (1)

Professor Jobber:

They both probably have better things to do (Incon):

Honestly, given Futaba’s Attack Reflection and the fact that her aiki is capable of working even against lava, I feel like she just reflect all of Genos’s ranged attacks and trap him within one of her Aiki Ball which would incap given the Lifting Strength difference

Eh fair point, Futaba’s Aiki can interact with energy generally and did deflect Akai’s thermal blasts. Incineration canon is bunk mostly

Pretty much Genos's attacks would be a whole nothing burger (Heat resistance) and easy incap.
Would unequalizing speed make it more fair on Genos’ end since he’s faster. Or do you think he gets stomped either way

What is the speed difference between the two?
Mach 29 (Futaba) vs Mach 42.3, far higher with speed amps (Genos)

So Genos is 1.45x faster and can make the boost wider if he gets time to decide to go all out

Futaba’s blooming and TSB are restricted, so speed amps are out of the picture for her

Depending on how far Genos upscales, it could be an advantage to him

Okay, so reading the justifications, Genos is somewhat around Mach 42, not far higher than it unless when using booster or full power.

But Futaba should be able to keep up with her Perception Amplification. There is also the possibly of using her Vortex Clones, and given they are stated to be the extension of her hands, perhaps she can use aiki technique via them, and if not, they can serve as distraction, allowing for her to incapacitate him with her wind or aiki ball. There is also the fact that she can outright cripple his movement and superior speed advantage by exerting a downward force

Noted, can I count this as a vote for Futaba?
