Basically I just noticed that a guy who's considered to be strongest in 1st key had a weaker LS than someone he's upscaling from (for some reason) and I fixed that
Benimaru Shinmon small addition (Fire force)
Basically I noticed that Shinra in his first key got upscaled to Class 5 LS, and since Benimaru was considered to be stronger than him at his 1st key - he should get upgraded to Class 5 LS as well
