In what tier you will put us, Humans? With the apex of our potential? With our intelligence and weapons creation and technology manipulation?

We should have abilities like: Superhuman abilties with our most powerful machines ever created, light manipulation with our torch light, sound manipulation with whatever machines produce sound too dangerous for our eardrums, physics manipulation with uranium and nuclear weapon for our atomic bomb.

In durability, we have armours but I don't know at which level, the strongest protection that we can built can take on.

Speed? Humanity has already passed supersonic + with our airplanes and hypersonic + with missiles from Russia missiles technology.

Doubt that we can reach relativistic or light speed.

7-A, the most powerful weapon we have created, the Tsar Bomba, was 7-B, though could be 7-A if it was filled with its maximum load capacity of 100 MT.

Without weaponry we are 10-C to 9-C, with most people falling in the 10-B to 10-A range.
