FTL Accelerated Expansion of the Universe?

I was wondering, this is the most difficult to contemplate with how the universe expands, I heard quite a lot that the universe expands faster than light, we know that nothing in this universe can move faster than light which is what the factor of Dark Energy creating new space could lead to, which comes to roughly 70 km/s per megaparsec.

So what I want to know is if the statements about the FTL expansion is true if the velocity is tied to the number of megaparsecs distances in the universe.
 
I found here that the accelerated expansion of the universe will increase by 1.4 million lightyears in 1 million years, which would be around 1.4 times faster than light.

The concept of "expansion of the universe" should have no velocity at all, according to the theory of relativity. This has spatial meanings, but it does not have temporal ones. As a result, the further away the object you are looking at, the more the expansion affects the distance between you. The further away an object is from you, the redder it will look and the faster it will move away from your point of view. But is it faster than light? In order to measure this, you need to be in the same area. Relative to your location, nothing moves faster than light, and this can be said about any place in the universe at any time. Space is expanding, but not faster than light. Nevertheless, it has already been estimated that the universe is expanding about 80 km per second.

Okay thanks. about the question "But is it faster than light? In order to measure this, you need to be in the same area." Are you referring to the area that is expanding away from you from a certain area?
