Because they’re physically very similar and they can’t get past each other’s regeneration

Neither of them can kill or even damage each other since they are equally strong in everyway (AP, Durability, Striking Strength and even Lifting Strength), both have Low-High Regeneration so even if they did somehow mange to damage each other they will simply heal, and they are just as intelligent (being animalistic) so neither of which can outsmart the other. The only advantage one has the other is The Snowman's range and size, which doesn't mean anything when your opponent is just as powerful as you and they can regenerate from being reduced to a liquid.
