Senran Kagura's 8-A cast are 550 Tons of TNT, which is baseline Multi-City Block level+.

Reading their profiles, Froppy doesn't have anything which can get past Kafuru's Spatial Manip. IDK about Senran Kagura, so if it's only lasts limited time or has a weakness that froppy can take advantage of someone more knowledgeable would have to bring that up.

Reading their profiles, Froppy doesn't have anything which can get past Kafuru's Spatial Manip. IDK about Senran Kagura, so if it's only lasts limited time or has a weakness that froppy can take advantage of someone more knowledgeable would have to bring that up.

Spatial Manipulation just changes location and to hide themselves from public view, it's not an attack of any kind. She'd probably take them to a beach, but they're already there.

Voting Kafuru. While Tsu is stronger by a bit, Kafuru's LS scales higher meaning she can't be restrained. (Tsu is 100 Tons while Kafuru upscales greatly from 114 Tons)

She has superior mobility on the ground and air, superior ranged attacks with some of them homing, and more experience/skill as she's been training since two years old. Her ability to manipulate water makes going in to the ocean a bad choice, as Tsu has no counter for it, and she can summon her magic dolphin thing to help as well.
