Frisk has 9-B AP and Dura. The same as Froggit.

Mr.Resetti is maybe unaffected by time reset but Frisk still resurrect.

Most of the fight would be Frisk making Resets and Resetti following her around destroying the Resets.

Frisk wins. Mr. Resseti has no way of putting Frisk down, and considering they are somewhat even in stats, Frisk wins.

Frisk wins since Resseti can't stop their resets, even if he COULD acknowledge them happening.

Once Frisk got serious about killing, they'd finish Resseti. Plus Resseti landing hits is unlikely given Frisk's ability to dodge attacks expertly.
