Lord Beerus found a planet called Viltrum, he tasted their food as usual, the food was considered awful so he decided to destroy the planet, but the God of Destruction was lazy and couldn't bother to go and destroy the planet himself, so he sent Frieza to do the job

Frieza's AP is 1.75 Tenatons, while High 6-A is up to 16.7 Exatons. That's a difference of a little more than a 100 billion times

Actually, Dragon Ball Minus stated the Saiyan population is in the thousands, not billions iirc, given they're a warrior species and constantly battle and die in battle

If that's true then the gods of U7 as well as the Galactic Patrol are beyond bad at their jobs thanks to the additional implications in the Broly movie (which is canon to DB minus), it's literally a miracle the Earth is still in one piece.

That said Frieza solos the Viltrum Empire without needing to transform, perhaps switching out for King Piccolo would be fairer?

Frieza was never interested on Earth and likely neither did the other Saiyans. Bardock only sent Goku to there because he wanted Kakarot to live in a safe place outside of Frieza's influence

Viltrum has 50 pure bloods of which maybe 8 are High 6-A and everyone else are fodder well within one shot range. Even assuming you meant when Mark was Emperor that's just a few thousand 6-Cs with like 5 High 6-As.
