There's really nothing stopping Samus from freezing him to death. He literally has no advantages outside of a minor Stat advantage, but that's easily remedied by plain old Absolute Zero hax.

She wins even if he was using his final form. She bypasses his durability with a lot of her weapons (phazon. absolute zero. etc.), and speedblitzes even Buu Saga characters.

I doubt absolute zero could work on Frieza since he can surive in space and i doubt space is much warmer

And there´s still other stuff, like Sonic Boom, which basically tears a hole in the fabric of space and time, Sun Burst, which creates something akin to a miniature star, Wave Beam that can bypass durability in some games (namely the 2D titles), some kind of sub- atomic destruction hax with Shock Coil (dunno how that works, though, never played Hunters) etc.. Oh, and while we´re at it, what exactly is it that gives her the ability to "absorb and redirect energy attacks"? That sounds pretty haxxy, too.
