Frieza vs Deadpool (MvC)
After getting hired for a job to kill the person who destroyed an alien's planet Deadpool impulsively uses Reed Richard's Time Platform to find his target and ends up on Namek face to face with Freiza.
First Form Frieza is being used
Fight takes place on Namek
Speed Equalized

I feel like this match-up would be similar to this other one, but with Deadpool being even more at disadvantage.
Frieza is already stronger, can transform twice to regenerate and increase strength and speed, and could read Deadpool's strength from the beginning with his scouter.
In close quarters Frieza would most likely be the better fighter, given his innate skill that lets him match the likes of Goku and Vegeta, and his odd fighting style would prove difficult to face, even with Deadpool's LS advantage, which can arguably be circumvented by the tail, Frieza's ability to fly, eye and ki blasts and such.

Frieza would most likely enjoy bullying Deadpool from the air too, since the mercenary can't fly and doesn't have the levels of acrobatics and experience (as far as we know for the latter) necessary to counter one as agile as Frieza, who can outrange and swoop around with great nimblessness.
Deadpool's most likely to run out of ammo first or be disarmed by Frieza's great marksmanship. His guns also sadly can't compare to the much wider arsenal of projectiles Frieza can shoot out.

Deadpool's unpredictability, wide equipment, tricks such as teleportation (despite the glitches) and possible 4th wall shenanigans would surely be useful tools, added to his regeneration and x-factor for enhanced survivability, but I doubt they would grant him the victory on the long run.

I vote Frieza
