Frequency in the future and past?

So I know that by definition “Frequency is the measurement of something happening that is repeated in a given amount of time”.

So I was wondering, what would this entail if there is a “Frequency echoing a few minutes forward and backwards in time”?

Not really sure, thats too little context. Can you provide a scan detailing what you are referring to?

Here is a quote for context:
“"You don't have to worry about it. Just information for you. But these chronoshard things are buzzing in a frequency echoing a few minutes forward and backwards in time."”

And for reference, the frequency can be tracked to a place where it wounds time and space.

The first one just seems Iike they wiII traveI/go/foIIow the signaIs of the frequency to another spatio-temporaI point from their current one, the spatio-temporaI point being where the frequency originated from. This seems to impIy time traveI of some sort

For the Iatter, reading the first part, it seems to be a construct that stabs, aka gets out/fIows out of the space-time containing it via some kind of spatio-temporaI distortions, at Ieast to my understanding
