I was just wondering, what tier would Frieza be if we only used the DBZ manga and nothing from DBS?

His High 5-A and subsequently his Low 4-C ratings are actually from a flashback during Dragon Ball Super, that's why he's asking what tier he'd be with just the manga (Where the super large and violent explosion of Planet Vegeta isn't shown or at least isn't shown properly to calc it). Anyway, I believe that using the whole 10× gravity of Earth stuff for Vegeta gives the planet a GBE of 5 yottatons or somewhere in that region, and since we can't really calc it's destruction we can only assume Frisbees AP is just the same or somewhat higher, so just using the manga he'd be varying degrees of Large Planet level.

Oh 5-A scaling that's pretty kewl. And hypothetically how strong would the stronger characters be stopping at Perfect Cell?

I think it'd be safe to assume Perfect Cell would still be Star-level, perhaps just not Large Star Level+.

I'm talking low-end Star Level, above High 5-A. He outclasses First Form Freeza hundreds of times over, easily, by making characters who could one-shot Final Form Freeza (SSJ Trunks, SSJ Vegeta) look like complete fodder.
