Nah the death hax is a byte, the stat amps and reductions, forcefield, Danmaku, and Resurrection are chips

Freddy has Reaper bytes, which will instantly kill Goku if they hit him, has his own projectiles that will be pseudo-Danmaku aka Pizza Wheels, Freddles, and Evercomet. Has various explosives which will be area of effect so Goku will have a hard time dodging that. Eyebots will be draining Goku' health the entire fight. He has the chip that decreases all of Goku' stats. He has forcefields to block attacks. He has various lasers and energy weapons of his own. He has the ability to amp his own stats and speed. And plus the moves he does will be mimicked, meaning Freddy will have to deal with two of each attack. Freddy also will be able to resurrect when killed, which means if Goku does kill him, he will come back.
Goku also won't one-shot Freddy, Freddy's chips are gonna make Goku 50% weaker and slower, and make freddy +50% stronger and faster so yeah

goku can still amp himself with kaioken up to 20x,so not only goku can amp himself to nullify the stats reduction, he can blitz and one shot Freddy with the kaioken

and he can pop the kaioken instantaneously if necessary so there is that

if i remember correctly, gohan was like "oh shit i only have half of my ki left" against cell
