Fragmentation, Pulverization, and V. Frag

Where do we get these values from? How are they calculated? This seems like information worth knowing. I'm not questioning the legitimacy of the values on the calculations page, simply wondering how we came to these values in the first place.

Frag. and V. Frag. uses Shear Strength, the lowest end is frag. and the highest is v. frag.

Pulv. is Compressive strength.
