Atomizing and Sub-Atomic Destruction Question

I have a question about Atomization and Sub-Atomic Destruction. What values are used to get those? I know we base Fragmentation off shear strength, V. Frag off either high-end shear strength or low-end compressive strength, Pulverization off compressive strength, etc... But what about Atomization and Sub-Atomic Destruction?
