Post-Retcon Magneto
Following the same reasoning as Magneto's AP via generating a supercell with a mesocyclone based on this calc, I think his LS could also scale to the mass of the storm at 5.421709348262e12 kg (Class T)
Pre-Retcon Storm
It's stated that Storm is immune to the elements she wields, being affected by them only when the wave from Cerebro attacked and altered her powers, so she should have Resistance to her elemental powers
Pre-Retcon Jean Grey
This calc was accepted, which would upgrade the AP of Phoenix Jean by 12 Petatons, still the same tier though. It's stated that Professor X had used all his mental powers but they weren't enough and was totally spent, with the contest between his power and Jean's being, in the end, no contest at all. So Phoenix Jean should have Resistance to all the psychic hax of Professor X
Also, I noticed that some abilities listed on her Phoenix key should actually be in her base, as the feats occur during a flashback before X2 and X3 (that's my fault for not reading the novel properly at that time). Therefore, the following abilities should be transferred from her Phoenix key to her base:

- Matter Manipulation (Macro-Quantum - Explored the subatomic quantum world or microverse within a raindrop. Can separate matter from molecular components to atoms, and from there to agglomerations of charms, quarks, muons and gluons. Can bind the molecular structure of water to alter its surface tension so that it behaves as a solid while still retaining its liquid state)
- While her Phoenix key would have Enhanced Matter Manipulation at Quantum
- Self-Perception Manipulation (Can stretch her perception where time loses meaning to her, encompassing hours in a fraction of a moment of elapsed objective time)
- Restoration (Can draw the energy that surrounds her to restore herself)
Extras:
- This calc was accepted, which would grant MHS+ flight speed (going by the mid-end) to Post-Retcon Jean Grey
- Quicksilver should have Skilled Brawler as an ability since he combines his hyperspeed with melee combat
