I do consider Dragonskon on Anankos canon, which isn't really hax as it's just damage reduction and immunity to statuses, I do believe Formotiis and Anankos are equals in power though, Corrin even had a weapon that deals extra damage to dragonskin users and Anankos put up a huge fight, while Formotiis fought while possessing/manipulating Lyon twice, and even fought with the users of the sacred weapons right after destroying most of Grado and losing his soul
