Don't really matter sinse the cow has no win condition, and sinse Monika is a ghost the cow mind manipulation may not work sinse she don't have a conve tional "brain" to have her memories erased. This unfortunetly don't work

Nah, It's layers... how should I put It... If a character was only show to affect conventional minds (Like normal Humans with brains and such) not having a conventional mind (like lacking a brain or having a incorporeal brain etc etc) we considere that the hax mostly likely is limited to coventional minds (look for a battle of Jack skelingtoon vs Burned Chica, there is better explanation there)
