So i will admit the pages are kind of old now and will need a revision soon when Mandela Catalogue volume 5 is out, but i was wondering for the alternates tier, would they really be 9-C for "using brute force on physically fit and trained" cops, we never even see a alternate use "brute force" on people to begin with, let alone see them physically kill someone instead of using madness hax, would that make them 10-A or some other tier?
