So we currently have Fleischer Superman at "At least Multi-City Block level" because he's stated by the opening narration (which is canon given that we actually see stuff like Superman leap tall buildings in a single bound and feats that confirm everything else plus more) to be mightier than a roaring hurricane. We have a calc for that but a full hurricane is not Multi-City Block level, it's Large Town level.
"Full hurricane" also seems to imply less than "roaring hurricane" but either way Supes is meant to be well above that.
He can't be Multi-City Block level, I think, since he effortlessly defeated the Arctic Giant who has this casual level of power, and we have several lowballed calculated feats that put him at Town level: Superman pushing a chunk off a mountain (which also boosts his Lifting Strength to "At least Class M, likely Class G" via this), him taking the full blunt force of a huge asteroid (twice, may I add) and slowing it down, and tanking the Electro-Thanasia Ray (which, at full power, was Large Town level, and Supes still dealt with it somewhat easily).
So I suggest we either change him to "At least Town level, likely Large Town level" or place him at "At least Large Town level" given the roaring hurricane statement and the fact that nearly all these calcs are lowballs, plus the fact that Superman in this series of shorts rarely gets the wind knocked out of him or gets even slightly tired.
