Flash's tier

I know The Flash is 4-B with the Infinite Mass Punch.

But, how strong is he without it? Or does he always use it?

Well I believe durability wise Flash scales to Zoom who could survive an IMP from him and in pre Crisis he once punched so Hard he could "knock a planet off it's Axis"

I suggest that however strong Flash is normally should be listed. For example: "5-B normally, 4-B with the Infinite Mass Punch".

Just an example though. I have no clue what Wally's AP is without the IMP.

According to his profile, Zoom actually has to accelerate to top speed to do that (strike harder than Supes).

Also, wouldn't it be a bit odd for Flash's normal punches to be as strong as the Infinite Mass Punch?

Well, when Zoom fought Wonder Woman, and she made that observation, he did not accelerate, as far as I remember.

Isnt IMP just flash reaching LS? Something he can do even asleep? I'd say he is 4-B normally.

Flash's Durability and AP are variable. From Human Levels to whatever his IMP grants him, and even the IMP can vary based on how much of the Speedforce Flash is channeling. The Profile could Note, Variable up to 4-B, or something. Or it can just list his calculated Maximum.
