🇫🇷 Low to Mid 9-A Swiss style Tournament: Victor of Versailles 🇫🇷

This is a 15-round Swiss-style tournament!!! (I started the whole idea so yeah why not remake it)

Tournament Rules:​
  • 20 Characters are allowed in; 2 per verse and 3 per person (I will wait until only 3 spots are left for me to do it if it's necessary)
  • 0.015 to 0.085 Tons of TNT is the Ideal range
  • Speed is equalized
  • All optional equipment is allowed that is up to 9-A
  • Low to Low-Mid hax allowed; BFR, Death Manip, and other passive One-Shot Hax will be investigated closely if it's allowed for the character
  • Takes place in the center of Versaille at Sunrise
  • 50 meters starting distance
  • No Prep nor Prior Knowledge
  • The city is abandoned for these matches so no outside help
  • Future rules will be added later if needed
  • FC/OC and VS wiki is allowed
Tournament Format:​
  • No eliminations; everyone gets to be in the 15 rounds. All matches are randomly generated
  • Points are given based on the following:
    • Stomps: 2 points for the winner/ -1 point for the loser
    • Wins: 1 point for the winner/0 points for the loser
    • Tie or Incon: 0.5 points for both
  • Match Period: 1 Week for matches; after that, the highest-voted character wins or a tie occurs

What is going on, this is like 3rd tournament this week, some global inspiration XD

I have just one 9-A, BASE Laser Frog whose tier varies. They have 2x optional equipment, but since the equipment just upgrades powers, you can decide if it will be allowed. AP is 0.04452 Tons of TNT.
