Fixing the Jujutsu Kaisen Verse Page

While everyone doing a long term downgrades and none really bothered to fix this poor-formatted page, I have done it!

This is the sandbox:
The original verse page:

The changes I have made:
  • A small amount of modification in the summary
  • I changed the introduction images
  • Power of the verse (currently in rework)
  • I modified the style of “Calculations” section
  • And made an entire new style on the “characters”
  • Added a note regarding fanbook
As for people that are not noticing which style I am referring to, this is reasonable. I have created my own common.css which only I can see the effect.

The style

Well; we have one issue:

Not everyone is capable of seeing this style. So we need to apply it to Media Wiki common.css. The code for this style can be found here:

We simply need to copy and paste the code and paste it at the end of the MediaWiki:common.css, and it will work anywhere, even at mobile. I created this code and modified with some other large wiki owners which they helped me to fit it in our current style.

Also, if anyone thinks the code is harmful or anything: (I checked it myself as well, and it says it is harmless and contains no danger regarding security)
It is simple to define a custom classes which is essential for the style; I did not touch any other wiki classes, thus I created my own which prevents any further issues.

This discussion will be also used to adjust the current power of the verse.

Through the conv I had with some fellows in the main general discussion; I would like to add this to the verse page:
Note regarding fanbook canonicity:
The JKK fanbook serves as the second data book for the Jujutsu Kaisen series. It comprehensively covers both the prequel series and the main series, spanning chapters 1 to 133. The fanbook contains a wealth of content, including character profiles, Q&As, explanations of cursed energy and technique terminology.

It's important to note that all the information within the fanbook is written by Akutami himself. Within the canon standard, this fanbook is considered to be a secondary canon source.
(which is now added; but still I will put it here if someone opposes it)

I disagree with this, we don't need a note saying a fanbook is canon, it's obviously canon and we don't need to explain obvious things

What do you think about this? We would likely need to adjust our standard layout instruction page for verse pages.

I mean; adding it as alternative is bad idea. The design is solely for Jujutsu Kaisen (can't be used for others)

We could perhaps add a line that such custom code for graphic purposes is fine and good for practical usage.

So I think this note suffices:
Additional Information

You have the flexibility to design the verse page with optional customization using css/js, as long as it adheres to our standard format. For example, you may customize the header or border design. However, should you find it necessary to define a custom class when no other alternatives are available, you must create a content revision for review by staff members. This allows them to assess the code before implementing it into MediaWiki.common.css, considering both its necessity and quality.

Additionally, you are expected to include the code in your personal.common.css, enabling staff members to thoroughly evaluate it.
  • The content revision should be presented professionally and, whenever possible, provide a preview of the code.
  • It's crucial to consider that the design modifications should also be compatible with our mobile interface.

Alright; I will ask an administrator to help me to add this note as well as the code. I will be giving them all instructions to do so!

Thanks for y'all input
  • The rule have been added
  • The jujutsu Kaisen (verse) has been replaced with my sandbox!
  • Desktop works perfectly!
  • Tablet mode works also perfectly!
  • Mobile version works too! (the graphic should not appear since this is a global bug for fandom)

Sukana is a clear-cut almighty cursed spirit. It is being stated in his page.
Uraume is a curse user.

Past Sorcerers are served if they are none in those categories.

I think curse user and Sorcerers both terms are same Idk.
Curse User
Q: How long has Uraume been with Sukuna?
A: For a thousand years, faithfully. They can cook delicious meals, so they were allowed to stand with Sukuna. And of course, they are a sorcerer.

So?

Foremost this is a staff thread. Second of all, only because they were in the past, don't exclude the fact they are now cursed spirit/curse user.

This is my point:
Past Sorcerers are included here if they do not fit into any other category. I don't disagree with them also being in two other races/categories, but that is not the focus of the current category.

And no, he is referring to both of them being past sorcerers, but now they turned to something else. And the sentence definitely don't imply that both terms are equivalent.

But Sukuna still isnt a cursed spirit tho, infact all the way up to the Gojo fight he is still called a sorcorer

I am here to promote open and constructive discussions. If you'd like to further explore this topic, I suggest taking it to the general discussion. In the meantime, I would kindly request to consider updating the character's profile.

In my opinion, possessing a title does not necessarily determine one's nationality or race. And I am not denying this fact: he was a human and sorcerer. Despite his death, Sukuna’s curse remained and eventually manifested into a powerful cursed spirit. He is able to possess other cursed spirits and use them to do his bidding.

There is even a fact that you can turn into curse after your death (but it can be prevented by killing them with jujutsu (for example Rika Orimoto)

Edit: I have replaced him in Past sorcerers for now, since I saw other evidence that may overturn the fact I followed.
