so currently characters on this site don't scale to slightly harming people who stomp them, which is fine
what i have a problem with is when it's Low 2-C and up. those tiers have infinite power, so even if you are 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 percent of 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 percent of a Low 2-C person you are still Low 2-C. we don't treat it this way.
i suggest that even if you do SLIGHT damage to a Low 2-C and up being, you are that tier but you downscale. Exceptions are made with hax/when their durability doesn't scale
