Oh, great friends in arms of mine, i ask thee for help once again.

Help me make another overall revision of all Fire Emblem pages on their Abilities and Techniques section.

The higher dimentional administrators have given me the next message:

  • Ehem*
"Please do not plagirize from the FE Wiki and there is nothing like spaces or stats in versus battles, so fix that."

Well, something like that.

But do not fear, i have already done most of the basic skills these characters have, and these might help us make a separate page with ALL (or at least most of ´em) Fire Emblem Skills!

X= Name of the character.

  • Pursuit: By taking advantage of his superior speed, X can continue the fight with an aditional attack.
  • Nihil: By intimidating his enemy, x makes sure his enemies have no time to use any techniques.
  • Avoid+10: As a trained swordsman, X uses his superior speed to avoid attacks.
  • Vantage: Under desperate situations, X will do his best to land a finishing blow before his opponent can.
  • Astra: Enraged, X launches a combination of attacks that sacrifice strenght in exchange of speed.
  • Swordfaire: Having trained with a sword his entire life, X deals more damage than the average sword user.
  • -Charm: As a leader, X has a charm for recruiting allies into his army and allies who are close to him are more likely to land devastating blows and dodge attacks.
-Luck +4: X has exeptional luck, letting X avoid traps and being able to win fights in the nick of time.

-Dual Strike+: As a team, X can help his teammate land an aditional attack without risking their defense.

-Dual Guard: While on a team, X can protect his teammate once, if needed.

-Dual Support: While on a team, X can inspire his partner to use their skills more frequently.

-Sol: After attacking, X uses the power of the Falchion to recover some of his lost health.

-Luna: By dealing a massive blow, X decreases the overall defense of his opponent.

-Rightful King: As the Rightful King, X forces him/herself to prove him/herself in battle by activating his/her techniques more frequently in battle.

-Aegis: Thanks to the (Weapon), X has a mysterious resistance against Arrows, Magic Attacks and attaclks from Dragons, making them deal half as much damage as usual.

Now, what can YOU do to help this noble cause?

http://fireemblem.wikia.com/wiki/Skills

Post your skills, i will upgrade the pages and have a tidy, nice looking Fire Emblem Skills page on the wikia!

We need YOU to make Fire Emblem GREAT again!

Well, it's important to translate game mechanics into actual usable data.

So Luck +5 would be: "Olivia is unusually lucky, boosting her chances of landing a critical blow, dodging otherwise lethal attacks, and other serendipitous events."

Sounds good!

See, Reppuzan, we CAN get along!

Now, i will go to sleep for today, i will keep on working on making and fixing the Fire Emblem verse!

Astra: X strikes their opponent 5 times, sacrificing power for speed

(Oops, didn't see Astra on there)

(Weapon Type)faire: X has trained with (Weapon Type) long enough to know their strengths and make skillful strikes, increasing damage

Dragonski: X has the skin of a dragon, thick enough to halve damage and make them immune to statuses and counters (Grima, Garon, and Anankos)

Replicate: Having learned how to give life to a puppet, X creates a puppet in their image using their own life force, making their lives bound to eachother (Mechanist)

Dragon Fang: Corrin, (or any of his/her children) harness the power of their draconic nature, dealing powerful attacks that end with a blast

Dragon Fang (Ranged): Corrin (Or any of his/her children), harness the power of their draconic nature, unleashing an extremely powerful blast with the full power of their Dragon Fang

Magic Counter: X has created an invisible magic barrier around themselves that shares magic damage with their opponents

Nohrian Trust: (This will be in team battles only) X has spent a long time fighting at the side of his/her comrade, allowing them to use the same techniques as them (Corrin and children only)

Hoshidan Unity: Corrin (or his/her child), hoping to bring peace, will use their techniques more often, hoping to bring an end to the battle as soon as they can

Draconic Hex: X is using an ancient Nohrian curse to lower the capabilities of their opponent (Used by Corrin, his/her children, and Garon)

Dragon Ward: (Team battles only) X, hoping to limit casualties, will focus their magic to create a small barrier around their ally, which needs X's full focus to maintain (used by Corrin and his/her children)

(Weapon Type)Breaker: X has battled so many users of (Weapon type) during the war, and is able to easily predict what they'll do next

Counter: X lets themselves get hit to land a solid blow onto the enemy

Golembane: Due to working with puppets and other creations for a long time, X knows all of the weak points to puppets and golems and is now extremely effective against them (Mechanists)

Ignis: As a proficient user of both magic and regular weapons, X is able to combine their magic and strength together, creating a fire-like aura as their combined magic and strength creates a powerful attack (Robin and other Grandmasters)

(Strength, Magic, or Speed)Taker: (Team battles only) X, after defeating an enemy, will absorb power from their fallen opponent, increasing their own capabilities (Strength is learned by Vanguards such as Ike, Speed is learned by Lodestars such as Marth, Magic is DLC)

Lifetaker: X, after defeating an enemy, will drain energy from their foe's soul, healing themselves (Dark Knights such as Leo)

Lucktaker: X, after defeating an enemy, will mysteriously take something from the defeated enemy, somehow increasing their luck (DLC)

(Resistance or Defense)taker: After landing the final blow, X will suddenly become more durable (DLC)

@JSW

It's best to stick with canon for the most part. So only mention Corrin and/or Kana as having the Draconic skills or the Hoshidan/Nohrian skills.

Also, Astra should be something along the lines of, "X attacks five times in rapid succession in hopes of overwhelming their foe, but each of these strikes suffers from a lack of follow through and thus deal reduced damage."

Renewal: X regenerates (Low to Mid low I think)

Lucky Seve: X is feeling incredibly lucky during the start of the battle, making them able to dodge and land hits much easier

Mircale: X tries their hardest to hang onto their life, albeit just barely to continue the fight

Spendthrift: X has plenty of money, so they hide gold inside of their armor and also use it to reinforce their weaponry

Critical Hits: X is very skillful and able to land powerful blows at their enemies weak points

I feel like doing personal skills now

Aching Blood: Owain/Odin's personal skill, when using one of the weapons given one of his nicknames, he feels empowered and will critical much more often than usual

I will continue with the personal skills in a blog post

Caeda:

Fire Emblem Awakening:

  • Speed+2: Caeda uses her training as a Pegasus Rider to fight faster than the average unit.
  • Avoid+10: As a trained Pegasus Rider, Caeda uses her superior speed to avoid attacks.
Fire Emblem Heroes:

  • Rally Speed: Caeda, as a Pegasus Rider, inspires the troops close to her to increase their speed as much as possible.
  • Darting Blow 3: Pushing her Pegasus to its limits, Caeda increases her overall speed on battle.
  • Fortify Res 2: Having an aura of gentleness, Caeda inspires her troops to endure magical attacks for the sake of the battle.
  • Fortify Fliers: As a charming Pegasus Rider willing to give her all in battle, she inpires her allies to endure attacks in order to win the day.

  • Magic+2: As a prodigy in magic, Merric can deal more magical damage than the average magic user.
  • Focus: Merric works better alone, while alone, he can focus on making more powerful blasts of magic.
  • Tantivy: Merric prefers to have space around him while fighting, if no one else is alongside him, he will be able to dodge attacks more often.

  • Anathema: Tharja is constantly cursing her foes, dulling their senses with her mere presence.
  • Hex: Tharja's mastery of hexes allows her to dull her opponents reflexes should they attempt to approach her, lowering their ability to dodge.
  • Lifetaker: Tharja drains the very souls of those she defeats, rapidly healing her wounds in the process.
  • Slow Burn: Tharja excels at drawn out fights, studying her opponents and allowing her to increase her accuracy and evasion rates the longer the fight lasts.
  • Tomebreaker: Tharja is trained specifically to counter other magic wielders, allowing her to dodge and counterattack with ease.
  • Vengeance: Tharja's curses allow her to fuel her magic with the pent up rage and anguish she incurs over the course of a fight, increasing their potency as she sustains injury.

  • Threaten Attack: While Fighting, Fae can threaten her opponents with attacks if they do not give up, after being attacked, Fae will counterattack enraged, which increases the damage of her attacks.
  • Draw Back: Fae moves a few metres from her allies, wanting to play Tag.
  • Light Breath+: With a gentle blow of wind while in her divine dragon form, she can magicaly give her allies the ability to resist damage above average human levels.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Conquest: Zephiel´s armor was crafted by the finest blacksmiths of Bern, making sure this weapon would not be affected by weapons who have an advantage over armored characters nor attacks from beasts.
  • Great Shield: Zephiel´s armor is guaranted to halve all damage from physical attacks.
  • Rally Defense: Zephiel, as the King of Bern, inspires his troops close to him to resist the opposition´s attacks as much as possible.
  • Indoor Fighter: Zephiel is used to fighting inside of castles, so he can move a lot faster than how he would be normally do on an open field.
  • Defense+2: Zephiel´s Armor is so prefectly crafted, it increases his overall defense in superhuman levels.

We cannot insert terms such as "+2" into our profiles. Game statistics are irrelevant to our own ratings,

@Antvasima

I suppose you're right. It's best that we stick to relevant effects rather than in-game numerical stats.

It would probably be best to omit the stat booster skills completely, since they're blatant game mechanics (we don't use in-game stats at all unless they're specifically referenced in the story).

Sounds tiresome, it kind of kills a lot of work in a bunch of pages.

Maybe just something like "proficiency on (Stat)"?

"Defence Amplification", and similar, might be acceptable.

(Also...there is a new thread with a calc that puts some characters into the massively hypersonic range in the content revision forum, please check it out!)
