With regards to the Sword of the Creator, Claude says that a legend claimed it could cleave a mountain, nowhere in any visable scene or stated lore does it ever do that, just an unconfirmed legend. Yes Claude does his research but there's nothing to say he ever confirmed that legend for certain, and Byleth never acheived said mountain slicing feat either.

With the Seiros/Nemesis fight, that was decided by the same sort of things as. Seiros dodged his attack, then caught the next one with her sword, disarmed him by discarding her blade, smacked him in the face, kicked him to the ground then killed him with a normal knife. is that knife country level now?

I see no reason why a downgrade is due because she killed someone with a knife.

Especially since that downgrades almost every verse an existence because somebody used a normal weapon.

This is completely meaningless........

Melee weapons are largely dependent on the strength of their user. Yes surface area helps with bladed weapons, but to a point. Hardness is an issue with blades as well, as are other ways to disperse force.

A knife itself isn't going to have an AP rating because it's just an inanimate object incapable of generating energy by itself, but the person using that knife could totally drive it into somebody with country level force.

A 3-A character broke a High 4-C charcter's arm using a pair of chopsticks, that doesn't mean the chopsticks are that strong but the person using them. But yes, sometimes, super strong characters wield ordinary weapons without breaking much. Some verses can explain it via Ki manipulation, but others are just full of PIS. And a lot of magic swords in fiction are just really durable as laid out above.

Are you so willing to cherrypick that you are really going to go with the logic of "X character killed Y character with an ordinary weapon"? Like, this is a common thing in fiction, period. This is getting ridiculous even moreso...
