I have no cool introduction this time. I am not familiar with the new WorldBox verse, so there is nothing for me to base anything on. I just thought it looked like an interesting verse that deserved an interesting matchup.

And so, here we are.

In the blue corner, we have the Dragon from WorldBox, and in the red corner, we have the Ghast from Minecraft.

  • This is a battle to the death or incapacitation. No holds barred.
  • Neither character are aware of each other beforehand, and there is no prep time.
  • Neither character are allowed any outside help.
  • This battle takes place in the Minecraft overworld in the Tundra Biome, giving the Ghast the technical home-field advantage.
  • Speed is equalized.
With all this being said, let the debate begin!

What?

He is not 4X stronger.

If anything, he's weaker than the Dragon since his statistics is based on natural lightning.

As it says on the page, lightning can hit with a maximum output of 1.6 billion joules of energy.

1.6 x (10^9) joules =
0.382409178 Tons of TNT
Meanwhile, the Ghast scales to its own fireballs, as can be seen here, which has an output of 0.3051 tons of TNT. And its Durability scales to the Silverfish, which is actually far less.

So yes, the Dragon is stronger than the Ghast. And not even by 4X like you are proposing.

So, Ghast's durability scales to Silverfish, which is undamaged by 0.016 tons of tnt.

What exactly stops the dragon from just one shotting Ghast?

It being only a 2X AP advantage, which isn't that bad, as well as fire resistance.

...What? Ghast's durability is 0.016, and the difference between 0.016 and 0.38 is not 2x, it's 23.75 times. Anything from the dragon one shots.

Huh.

You know what? That one's actually my bad.

I removed a zero in my head while reading it, whoops.

Uhhh, right.

I think that this is a stomp. Ghast can't hope to kill it fast enough before the Dragon one-shots.

Dang it, another washout from poor reading comprehension.
